Modern Residential Home A contemporary landed residence designed with a focus on clean lines, openness and seamless indoor–outdoor living. This project was developed with careful consideration for spatial flow, natural lighting and material consistency. The architecture balances modern aesthetics with functional living, creating a home that is both refined and practical. Thong Nian was appointed to execute the construction works, working closely with the design team to ensure that every detail was carried through accurately from concept to completion. From structural works to finishing, the project was delivered with precision, coordination and a strong emphasis on quality.
